Where we ship
Flip and Fade Inc. ships to all provinces and territories in Canada and to the continental United States. We're based in Edmonton, Alberta, so most Canadian orders move fastest from here.
Local pickup in Edmonton

After you place an order for local pickup, we'll email you the pickup details. Alternative arrangements can be made by email on an order-by-order basis.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed off to the carrier within 1-2 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery estimates
Canadian orders typically arrive in 2-6 business days depending on your province. US orders typically arrive in 5-10 business days. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees; remote and rural addresses may take longer.

Customs and duties
US shipments may be subject to customs fees or duties on delivery. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up within the estimated window, use our contact form with your order number and we'll sort it out.
