Manufacturers Stability Rating: Overstable

The Fireball is overstable and wind-resistant like the MVP Motion but has an overall straighter and longer flight profile. The Fireball has a longer forward push during its early stage of fade, where the Motion would have begun a long gradual fade.

Understanding stability ratings

F&F Stability Rating uses the displayed turn + fade numbers, including plastic-specific overrides:

  • Understable: −1 or less
  • Stable: above −1 and below 2
  • Overstable: 2 or more

This keeps our filters consistent across brands. Actual flight varies with the thrower, disc wear, and conditions. Missing turn or fade displays “Stability not available.”

Manufacturers Stability Rating uses the brand’s own wording, which may differ from ours. We omit it when unavailable.
