Find Your Flight with Prodigy Disc. Prodigy Disc was founded by Disc Golf World Champions who strive to inject innovation into the sport. Our original mission was to develop a more consistent range of “golf discs”. We set out to create and produce discs that would offer longer flight and improved accuracy amongst players of all skill levels and throwing power. In 2013, after 2 years of successful testing, Prodigy Disc introduced a line of discs to the harshest critics - the highest ranked players in the world. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and we have since surpassed what we originally set out to do. Prodigy Disc now produces a popular and diverse selection of discs from Distance Drivers to Putt & Approach discs that allow players to perform their best on every shot, and in every situation.

Prodigy was built by players, for players. They set out to make some of the most consistent discs in the game, and it’s grown into one of the sport’s biggest names. Prodigy is very easy to shop once you understand their naming system. The letter tells you the disc type (D for distance, H for hybrid, F for fairway, M for midrange, A for approach and PA for putt-and-approach). The number tells you the stability, from 1 for the most overstable to the higher numbers for more understable. So a D1 is a beefy, overstable distance driver, and an M4 is a straighter, easier midrange. Plastics work the same way: the higher the number, from 200 up to 750, the more premium and durable the plastic. Prodigy also has a huge team of sponsored players, and holds a huge share of the target sales worldwide.
