Innova Discs

INNOVA was formed in 1983 to meet the developing equipment needs of disc golfers. In that year, Dave Dunipace created the World’s first disc designed specifically for the sport of Disc Golf. That first disc, the Eagle – U.S. Patent # 4,568,297, established INNOVA as the technological pacesetter in Disc Golf. Our continuing design innovations and product improvements keep INNOVA number one in Disc Golf.

The Flip & Fade perspective

Innova is one of the pioneers of disc golf. It helped shape the modern golf disc and has one of the largest mold catalogues in the sport. Discs like the Aviar, Leopard, Eagle, and Destroyer have been in bags for decades, and plastics like DX, Star and Champion are a common language for players everywhere. From your very first starter disc to what the pros throw on tour, Innova covers every level. It’s also one of the sport’s biggest sponsors of events and players around the world.
